Donation & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the final nature of voluntary donations and the limited circumstances in which a payment correction may be reviewed.

OUR APPROACH

Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable

Effective 2 October 2026. This policy is displayed before payment so donors can make an informed decision.

01

Final Donation

A completed donation is a voluntary contribution to VANWA Welfare Foundation and is generally non-refundable. Donors should verify the amount, purpose, name, email and mobile number before authorising payment.

02

Cancellation

A donation cannot normally be cancelled after successful payment authorisation. Closing the Razorpay checkout before authorisation does not create a completed donation.

03

Duplicate or Technical Error

If the same donation is charged more than once because of a demonstrable technical error, or an incorrect amount is processed, contact VANWA within 7 calendar days. Review does not guarantee a refund and remains subject to verification, settlement status and applicable law.

04

Review Information

Provide the donor name, registered email or mobile number, payment ID, order ID, date, amount and a clear explanation. Never email card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or banking password.

05

Approved Corrections

If VANWA approves a correction or is legally required to return funds, it will be initiated to the original payment method through the payment provider. Bank or gateway processing time may apply. Donation certificates or receipts may be cancelled or revised accordingly.

06

Purpose & Contact

A preferred donation purpose is an allocation request, not a restricted trust unless separately accepted in writing. If that programme is fully funded or unavailable, VANWA may use the donation for the closest verified charitable need. Contact Vanwawelfarefoundation@gmail.com or +91 74107 07856 for transaction support.
