OUR APPROACH
No physical shipping applies to website donations
Effective 2 October 2026. This page explains delivery expectations for digital donation confirmations.
Payment Confirmation
Razorpay may display or send a payment confirmation after a successful transaction. VANWA may also send an acknowledgement to the donor contact details provided.
Receipt Information
A donation acknowledgement or eligible tax receipt may require successful payment verification and complete donor details. Delivery may be delayed if information is incomplete or a payment remains pending.
Delivery Method
Confirmations and receipts are sent electronically to the email address or mobile number supplied during payment. Donors should check spam folders and ensure their details are correct.
Timing
Gateway confirmation is normally immediate. Foundation acknowledgements may take up to 7 working days after settlement and record verification. This is not a promise of tax deductibility.
Missing Confirmation
If no confirmation is received, contact VANWA with the payment ID, order ID, date and amount. Do not send card, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN or banking password information.
